About Whipple Landscaping LLC

March is the honest month in Thompson — the Quinebaug running high and brown, snowbanks shrinking down into gravel, the lawns underneath waiting to be found again. Whipple Landscaping LLC works both sides of that line: plowing, walk clearing and ice treatment through the cold, then spring cleanup, mowing, trimming and edging as soon as the ground firms up. The switchover is the best week of the year, when the plows come off and the mowers come out of the shed. Grass then gets cut on a rhythm all the way until the leaves need hauling. After that the blades go back on the trucks and it all comes around again.
