About Yalen Property Services LLC

Stand at Stonington Point in late autumn and the bay turns pewter, the breakwater takes the chop, and the season changes over while you are watching it. Yalen Property Services LLC works both sides of that turn — mowing, edging and string trimming through the growing months, leaf and yard cleanups as things wind down, then the plow, the shovel and the sand bucket once the first real storm comes up the coast. Salt wind is hard on grass and harder on pavement, so properties near the water ask for attention in both directions. Getting a drive open at first light, or a lawn squared away before a weekend, is the kind of thing people notice. Stonington, Pawcatuck, Mystic, North Stonington and the harbor roads round out the area.
