About Edison Services LLC

At midnight downtown, snow falls through the streetlights on Summer Street and the city goes briefly, beautifully silent. Edison Services LLC is out in that quiet, plowing driveways and lots, clearing sidewalks and entries by hand where a blade cannot fit, and salting the stone steps and aprons that turn slick first. Downtown snow is never a single event — plowed, walked on, refrozen, plowed again — so the work runs in rounds until the storm is finished with the block. Sanding goes down where the pitch of a drive would otherwise send a car sideways. Morning finds Atlantic Street ordinary again, which is exactly the point.
