Carrier's Turf Pros Lawn Care

About Carrier's Turf Pros Lawn Care

The old river-bottom soil in South Windsor is light and sandy, the same ground that grew tobacco for generations, and grass on it comes up fast in May and burns off fast in a dry August. Turf that stays good all season is therefore managed, not merely cut: mowing at the right height on a set cycle, edging, trimming, mulch and bed maintenance, and spring and fall cleanups with leaf removal to finish the year. A lawn on this soil answers within a week — thickening, evening out, holding its color between the driveway and the street. The crew's own scoreboard is the line where turf meets pavement, kept sharp every visit. It is a modest thing to care about, and it changes how the whole property reads.
