About Rafferty Landscaping and Tree Service LLC

Spring arrives late on the Somers green, where the stone walls hold shade and the last gray crust hangs on under the sugar maples. Rafferty Landscaping and Tree Service LLC starts turning that corner early, raking winter out of the beds, getting the first cut down, squaring up the edges along the old walks. When the year swings back the other way and storms come up over the Massachusetts line, the same trucks are out plowing driveways and clearing paths before the school buses run. It is straightforward work that people notice mostly in its absence: a lawn kept even, a drive kept open. Somers is a town of long frontages and hard winters, and both of those reward doing it right.
