About Nancy's Tree Planting Inc

The first real snow of the year in Shelton settles quickly on the orchard rows out toward Leavenworth Road, straight white lines running downhill between bare trunks. Nancy's Tree Planting Inc handles snow removal through those months — plowing drives, cutting walkways and steps clear, and treating the ice that forms where meltwater runs across pavement overnight. Country roads out that way are long and the driveways longer, so the job is planned around the route as much as the storm. The pleasure of it is arriving at a dark house and leaving behind a clean, wide path to the road. Shelton's western edge stays rural enough that winter looks like something out of an old photograph.
