About Chip-Away Tree Services Seymour

Seymour is a river town first — the Naugatuck runs straight through the middle of it, the dam holds a long green pool above Broad Street, and Great Hill rises behind the whole arrangement. Chip-Away Tree Services Seymour works both halves of that: the tight downtown lots where a silver maple has outgrown the gap between two houses, and the hill properties where the driveway is steep and the tree is bigger than the yard. Removals there get taken apart from the top; trimming keeps the remaining canopy off gutters and out of the roof valley where leaves collect. Pruning in the valley is mostly a question of wind and water, thinning a crown so an August thunderstorm passes through it instead of grabbing hold. And when the wind wins anyway, cleanup is the good part: brush chipped, wood cut down to pieces a person can move, the lawn raked back to green.
