About Steve's Property Maintenance llc

Winter in Preston arrives quietly and all at once — a wind off the ridge above the Thames, then snow filling the hollows along Route 165 until the road is one white line between the trees. Steve's Property Maintenance llc works both halves of the year here, clearing snow while the storm is still falling and mowing and tending lawns once the ground softens again. The best hour is the one before sunrise, when a driveway is opened down to blacktop and someone steps outside to find they can simply go. Come June the same properties want a straight cut and a tidy edge, out past Hallville and the ponds toward the Griswold line. It is the same handful of familiar roads, in every kind of weather.
