About KC Lawn & Landscape

Winter in Portland starts in the dark, out where the ice locks up Job's Pond and Route 66 is still empty. KC Lawn & Landscape runs the storm from the front end — plowing parking lots and drives, blowing walkways clear to the doorways, spreading ice melt, then hauling the piles off when a lot runs out of room to stack them. Once the ground softens, the same crews move to mowing, bed edging, double-ground bark mulch and cleanups that pull a whole winter of sticks out of a yard. Lawn repairs and new installations go in where dead spots and sinkholes have taken hold, and drainage pipe gets routed around backyards that stand in water after every rain. Walkways, patios and retaining walls give a property its lines, and the rest of the year keeps them.
