About Smart Property Maintenance LLC

October comes down the hills into Terryville in about a week — the maples along Main Street let go all at once, and by Saturday every lawn in the village is buried. Smart Property Maintenance meets that head-on with fall clean-ups, and meets March the same way, so the ground is bare and breathing again before the first mow. Through the green months it is tailored mowing, trimming and edging, beds cut back to a precise line with fresh mulch laid up against them and the shrubs and hedges brought back into shape. When a job asks for more than a rake, the machines come out for light excavation, grading a soggy corner or digging in for whatever is being built next. The tree work leaves its own reward stacked in the yard: seasoned firewood, ready for the cold end of the calendar. It is village work, done on village streets, and it reads from the road.
