About Prestige Property Services LLC

Late in a Plymouth August the light goes long over the Pequabuck, and the stone walls at the edge of every yard hold the day's heat a while after supper. That is the hour Prestige Property Services builds toward: a bluestone terrace laid true, a retaining wall stepped into a slope, a pondless waterfall running where there used to be a weedy bank. Mowing, mulching and edging, aeration and over-seeding, flower-bed weeding and the long fall cleanups are the steady spine of the year, and the firepits, Belgian block and granite boulders are the flourish on top of it. Then the calendar turns and the same properties are plowed, shoveled and salted before anyone in the house is awake, from residential drives to parking lots and loading docks. Whether it is a stream bed built to look like it was always there or a sidewalk bare at six in the morning, the measure is the same — what the place looks like when you pull in.
