About Grassy Turtle Services, LLC.

Down at Jackson Cove the maples turn first, and then the whole Lake Zoar shoreline lets go at once, and for a solid month Oxford's yards fill faster than anyone can rake them. Grassy Turtle Services spends that stretch on fall clean up, shrub trimming and tree pruning, and on tree removal where a storm-tired trunk has started leaning the wrong way over a roofline. Earlier in the year the rhythm is greener — landscaping and lawn care management, fertilization, lawn aeration and overseeding, mulch installation in the beds, tick control for yards that back onto the woods, which in this town is nearly all of them, and artificial turf where a shady corner will simply never grow grass. Winter moves the whole schedule into the small hours: commercial snow plowing and snow removal, lots opened while the ridge roads are still dark and nobody is up yet. What lasts is the look of a property that reads as composed — branches lifted, beds crisp, pavement bare to the asphalt.
