About New England Snow Management Inc.

At three in the morning a storm over Orange is only headlights, amber strobes, and the scrape of steel across a lot nobody has walked on yet. New England Snow Management Inc. works those hours — plowing parking lots and entryways, clearing storefronts, sidewalks and loading areas so a business can unlock at its usual time and nobody has to think about why. Residential driveways and walkways get the same attention, taken down through packed snow and the ice build-up that forms where a gutter drips and a shaded corner never quite gives up. Orange sits between the hills and the Sound, close enough to the water that a storm can go to slush by midnight and to a skating rink by dawn. Getting out ahead of that swing is the entire job. By sunrise the pavement is black again and the day carries on as though nothing had fallen.
