About Teagans landscaping

By late June the grass goes so green it looks lit from underneath, and Old Saybrook yards take the hint. Teagans landscaping keeps them in that same key: mowed on a steady rhythm, edged clean where the grass meets the walk, trimmed close around posts and stone. The work asks for range, from tight little squares close to the street to long open lawns and shaded strips under the trees. Spring starts with raking winter out of the beds and ends, months later, with the last leaves carted off before the ground hardens. A lawn cut well on a hot afternoon is one of the plainest good things there is.
