About Dimaggio Warning Systems (Snow Plows, Snow Plow Repair, Vehicle Accessories)

October in Old Saybrook smells like salt and cold metal. The Sound turns gray, the marsh grass around North Cove goes the color of old rope, and every pickup in town starts thinking about winter — which is when this work begins: snow plows sold and fitted, worn plows repaired, vehicle accessories mounted so a truck is set up for what is coming. Shore weather is hard on steel, and the wind crossing the breakwater carries salt into every hinge and pin, so the attention goes to the small parts: the pivot, the hydraulic line, the lamp that has to work at four in the morning. When a nor'easter runs up the river past the Baldwin Bridge, the payoff is plain — the plows that came through this shop are the ones out working. Old Saybrook wakes up passable, and nobody has to think about why.
