About Rescom Property Maintenance LLC.

March in the Sackett Point flats: the last gray snowbank sinks into the gravel and everything winter hid shows up at once. Rescom Property Maintenance meets that week head-on out of Leonardo Drive — spring and fall cleanups, curb edging, weeding and weed prevention, core dethatching, overseeding and hydro seeding, new lawn and sod installation, fertilization, mulching, plantings and landscape bed design. They handle what sits around the lawn too: drainage, gutter cleaning, pressure washing, concrete work, fencing, stone gardens, litter control, junk and basement and garage clear-outs, hardscape with retaining walls, patios, walkways and fire pits, and a 24-hour flood service for the nights a storm gets indoors. In winter the list flips to snow removal and ice management, keeping a North Haven property open and safe underfoot. Green in the warm months, clear in the cold — one address, tended right around the calendar.
