About Premier Property Maintenance LLC

Saturday morning on the residential streets that run between New Haven and North Haven, and the whole difference between a yard that got mowed and a yard that gets kept comes down to one edge line. Premier Property Maintenance cuts weekly and bi-weekly with tight striping, sharp edging along walks, drives and beds, and a clean blow-off before the truck pulls away. They pull weeds every single visit so the beds never get ahead of them, refresh mulch and re-cut borders, shape hedges, shrubs and ornamentals, and reset a property twice a year with a spring kickoff and a full fall leaf removal. Bigger jobs fit in around the route — sod or seed installs with soil prep and grading, hydroseeding, irrigation installation, repairs and seasonal tune-ups, patios, walkways, retaining walls and stone borders. Houses, offices and multi-unit sites from Hamden and Cheshire out to Branford and Milford, all of it handled by the one crew.
