About Iovanna Property Maintenance LLC.

East of the village the Quinnipiac spreads out into tidal marsh, and the weather that crosses those flats decides what kind of week North Haven is going to have. Iovanna Property Maintenance works to that calendar — lawns kept green and cut through the growing months, snow cleared away once the river meadows go white and hard. There is a particular satisfaction in a driveway opened before anyone has to leave for work, and in grass mowed evenly enough that a yard reads as cared for from the sidewalk. It is neighborhood work, done on streets the truck already knows by heart.
