About Lenos Lawn Services LLC

Morning arrives late in North Canaan, held back by the ridge until the light finally spills down over the Blackberry River and the old junction where Route 7 meets 44. Lenos Lawn Services LLC works the hillside yards and village lots there — lawn care and yard maintenance kept on a steady rhythm, hedge cutting held to a line you can sight along, weed control in the beds before anything gets away from anyone. There is a plain satisfaction in a driveway power-washed back to its own color, the moss and grime lifted off patio stone, fence panels chosen and set plumb along a property line. Bigger work too: a full yard clearance down to blank canvas, groundwork and garden landscaping drawn to a design, fresh turf laid where nothing but dirt used to be. Grounds maintenance and lawn treatment carry the smaller places through the long stretch between cuttings. By the time the shadow of Canaan Mountain comes back across the valley, what is left standing is a property that looks looked-after.
