About Wiley's Workshop on Wheels LLC

Follow the Blackberry River west out of Norfolk and the valley opens into hayfield, hemlock and the long green shoulder of Great Mountain Forest. Wiley's Workshop on Wheels LLC keeps its lawn care rolling along those back roads — mowing, trimming, edging and the fall cleanups Norfolk yards demand once the hardwoods let go all at once in October. Up here the leaves come down heavy and wet, and a lawn buried under them will not thank you in April, so raking is not tidying; it is next spring's grass. There is real satisfaction in leaving a yard swept clean to the treeline with the lines still showing in the turf. The hills go quiet early in this town, and a finished lawn is a good thing to leave behind in the dusk.
