About The Mead Agency, LLC

February in Newington is a thaw and a refreeze, over and over — Piper Brook running high at noon, black ice across the same lot by nine at night. The Mead Agency, LLC works that cycle with plowing, shoveling and steady salt and sand application on driveways, walkways and parking areas around town. Anyone can move snow on the day it falls; the harder discipline is the return trip on the cold clear night that follows. Doorways, ramps and the shaded side of a building freeze first and matter most. Clear footing, at seven in the morning, in the middle of a Connecticut February.
