About Custom Exterior Landscape

Newington is built on a shelf of trap rock, and dig much of anywhere west of the meadows and you meet stone before you meet anything else. Custom Exterior Landscape works with that fact: natural stone staircases, retaining walls, stone veneer and restoration, cobblestone laid into patios, walkways and driveways meant to outlast the paint on the house. Summer here is hydroseeding and sod, property re-grading so water leaves a yard instead of sitting in it, privacy hedges, large tree installation and native plant gardens filling in around the new stone. When the cold comes the same crews are plowing, hauling snow off commercial grounds, and striping the parking lot lines again once the pavement reappears. Spring cleanup, bed edging and mulch, ornamental shrub pruning, fertilizing — the year loops back around. They cover Newington and out through New Britain, Rocky Hill, Wethersfield, Farmington, Glastonbury and Hartford.
