Matthew Maintenance

About Matthew Maintenance

July on Candlewood is boat wake and cicadas, and the lawns that slope down toward the water are cut short, watered hard and looked at constantly. Matthew Maintenance handles that stretch of New Milford — mowing, string trimming, edging, and the seasonal cleanups on either end of the summer. Lakeside yards run to grades and odd corners: a strip beside the stairs, a patch under the maples, the long apron above the shoreline that everyone sees. Each gets its own pass and its own hand-cut border. When a family comes up the drive on a Friday evening, the yard should already be waiting for them.
