About GMK Property Services

On a July morning the light comes down New Milford's long Village Green in stripes, and GMK Property Services is already three lawns into the day. Mowing is the pulse of it — even height, clean lines, the clippings gone before anyone is home to notice. Around that rhythm the beds get mulched for health and appearance, and property cleanups clear away what would otherwise smother the plantings. Aeration and overseeding go down when the nights cool, so the turf answers back thicker in April. The design and construction side moves slower and lasts longer, drawing hardscape and new plantings into yards that have looked the same for decades — and when the first storm comes, the snow plowing list is already written.
