About Lighthouse Landscaping

Out at Morris Cove the wind comes straight off the Sound and slows down for nothing, and a nor'easter will pack a driveway hard as a curb. Lighthouse Landscaping runs the East Shore in it — plowing, shoveling steps and walks, spreading salt where the spray freezes over everything twice. Down at Lighthouse Point the carousel stands boarded and white, gulls arguing above the empty lot, and the streets behind it stay quiet until dawn. Getting a car out of a garage and onto a cleared road is the whole ambition. Snow removal in New Haven, East Haven and the shore towns nearby.
