About Prizio Siding Co., Inc.

Watch a New Canaan house through a November rain and you learn whether anyone has been minding its edges — where the water runs, where it pools, where it eventually finds a way in. Prizio works that outer shell across Fairfield County: roofing kept owner-led from start to finish, siding, gutters that carry water away from the foundation, and copper work along the details people actually stop to look at. Windows and glass skylights bring the sky back into rooms shaded by oaks older than most of the streets. Repairs and emergency service cover the rest — leaks, missing shingles, whatever the last storm worked loose overnight. On a village of white clapboard and deep eaves, the exterior is the whole first impression.
