Minutemen Land Services

About Minutemen Land Services

Ponus Ridge runs north out of the village between old stone walls, and the properties along it ask for attention in two directions — grass in the warm months, pavement in the cold ones. Minutemen Land Services works that pair across New Canaan: lawn care through the growing season, snow removal once the frost sits past nine in the morning. Ground here is rarely flat for long; New Canaan yards climb, dip and turn under maples, and keeping them right takes route knowledge as much as equipment. The reward is plain enough — even turf in July, and safe footing at the top of a driveway in February. Same crew, same town, two very different kinds of weather.
