About Sunview Property Services

Bantam Lake sits at the edge of Morris like a held breath, Deer Island low on the water, mist lifting off it long before the first mower starts. SunView Property Services begins its days on that side of town and works outward — striping lawns, hydroseeding bare ground, aerating and overseeding tired turf, laying sod where a lawn has to arrive all at once. The work also goes deep: site work and drainage, foundation and driveway excavation, land clearing and grading, Harley raking that leaves soil blended and stone-free before a seed ever lands. Trees are planted, pruned, thinned and removed; beds are edged and mulched; gutters get cleared and the fall cleanup is finished before the lake stiffens at its edges. Then the year turns over and the same crews are out plowing, shoveling walks, sanding and salting, and pulling ice dams down off the eaves. From Morris they reach Bantam, Litchfield, Watertown, Thomaston, New Preston and Washington.
