About Summit Snow Partners

At two in the morning the Stratford stretch of I-95 is nothing but sodium light and blowing snow, and the parking lots along it are wide, white and entirely unusable. Summit Snow Partners treats that hour as the working day: plows pushing lots into clean, ordered rows, driveways opened end to end, walks cleared so the first arrivals of the morning don't have to pick their way in. Storms here often come off the Sound with more water than powder, heavy stuff that needs moving before it sets up. There's a plain pride in finishing a lot at four and seeing it still black and clear when the sun finally comes up over the river. Snow is the whole job, and it gets done while the town is asleep.
