About R & M Asal landscaping and hauling

Down at Harbor Park the river turns gold about an hour before the last mower shuts off for the day. R & M Asal landscaping and hauling works Middletown's neighborhoods in that late light — mowing, string trimming, edging, and the cleanups that bookend a growing season. The city's older streets are a puzzle of narrow side yards, hedges and stone steps, and each one has its own way of being cut well. Getting a tight yard to look wide open again is a knack worth having. When the truck pulls away and the grass is even and the walk is swept, the day has done what it was supposed to do.
