About Guaman Stone and Garden LLC.

Sleet comes across the Arrigoni Bridge with nothing at all to slow it down, and the east-facing driveways of Middletown feel it first. Guaman Stone and Garden LLC. takes on the snow work on that side of the city — plowing the drives, cutting open the walks and steps, clearing the path to the car before anyone has to face it in the dark. Wind off the river likes to fill in a lane the moment it is finished, which is why the truck circles back. Winter here is not dramatic so much as relentless, and the answer to relentless is showing up. There is real pride in a lot that looks like the storm went around it.
