Lake Quassapaug lies flat as glass on an August morning before the town is fully awake, and the yards on the roads around it are cut and quiet. Eric's Lawn Care LLC keeps them that way — mowing, trimming, edging, and hauling off whatever is left behind. Come January those same roads narrow between snowbanks, and the work becomes plowing driveways and opening paths to the door before anyone needs them. Weather off the lake can turn in an hour, so the schedule bends and the job still gets finished. Both seasons, the same standard held.
