About Green Carpet Lawn & Landscape LLC

On a July evening the Meriden Green fills with people walking off the heat, and the lawns on the streets around it are at their deepest color of the year. Green Carpet Lawn & Landscape LLC works to that standard — mown even, trimmed close around posts and fences, edged so the driveway line looks drawn with a straightedge. Summer in central Connecticut asks a lot of a lawn: heat one week, three inches of rain the next, and the answer is showing up on schedule. There is a particular pleasure in the last pass of the mower, when the whole yard finally reads as one piece. That is the part worth doing well.
