About Strickland & Son Services, LLC

By late October the light over the ponds on Manchester's north side goes long and copper by four in the afternoon, and there is a race on to finish the leaves before dark. Strickland & Son Services, LLC runs that race every fall, blowing and hauling until the turf is showing again and the beds are bare and tidy. The rest of the year is steady keeping — mowing, trimming, a clean edge along drives and walks, mulch replenished where the sun has faded it, hedges brought back to shape. Spring is the mirror image, clearing off what winter piled up so the first cut lands on a lawn that is ready for it. Two hands, one yard at a time, and a town's worth of properties that look the part.
