About S & J Landscaping

Lisbon lies where the Quinebaug comes down to meet the Shetucket, hayfield and hedgerow on one side of Route 169 and river bottom on the other. S & J Landscaping works that eastern Connecticut ground: general landscaping and lawn maintenance week to week, and renovation when a lawn needs more — seeding, aeration, dethatching, hydroseeding a bare slope until it flushes green. Grading and new lawn installs settle the earth first; full landscape installation, hardscapes, patios, walkways and retaining walls give it structure afterward. Hedges and trees are pruned and maintained, brush is controlled and removed, and yard expansions push usable ground back toward the treeline. Compact excavation, drainage and site work handle the water, NDS drainage systems included. Spring and fall cleanups and leaf removals bracket the year, and snow plowing with ice control keeps drives and lots open once the valley freezes.
