About GreenScapes, Inc.

Amston Lake sits in Hebron's southeast corner, ringed by cottages that grew into houses and yards that run right down to the water. GreenScapes, Inc. tends that kind of ground: lawn mowing and maintenance through the warm months, trimming and edging so a yard does not blur into the woods at its edge. When the lake turns gray and the first squall comes over from the west, the same trucks change to snow plowing and to opening drives and walks. There is a quiet satisfaction in the changeover — mower parked, plow hung. Both jobs turn out to be the same job: keeping a place usable.
