About MB Landscaping & Property Services LLC

West of the Barkhamsted Reservoir the ground in Hartland turns steep and stony, and water will find its own way down a hillside unless somebody gives it a better one. MB Landscaping & Property Services LLC works at that scale — drainage solutions, excavation, land clearing and land management, hardscape installation set on ground graded to hold what it carries. Landscape design here starts from the contour up, reading the slope before anything is drawn. Grounds maintenance keeps a place in trim between the bigger projects, week over week. Then a February low comes across the high country from the west, and snow and ice management means a drive opened and a lot cleared while the reservoir road is still black and empty. The territory reaches out from Hartland across Litchfield and Hartford County.
