About Jake and Sons, LLC

West Hartland in July is hayfield light — high, dry, a shade cooler than anywhere below, with the Granville line just over the rise. Jake and Sons, LLC keeps lawns in that thin hill soil looking generous: mowing to the rhythm the grass sets, trimming tight against stone walls and fence posts, edging that draws a yard's border clean. Spring cleanups clear the winter's litter of twigs and road sand; autumn cleanups take the leaves before the first snow pins them flat. Properties out here are wide and quiet, which means every stripe and every missed corner is visible from the road. That is exactly why the finish matters.
