About Niko’s Lawn Care LLC

Late-summer evening over Old Wethersfield: the Cove goes to glass, the last light lies flat across the meadows, and the day's mowing is still cooling in the grass. Niko's Lawn Care LLC runs this stretch of the valley below Hartford — Wethersfield, Newington, Rocky Hill, Glastonbury — where Kentucky bluegrass and tall fescues need their mowing height raised through the dry weeks so the roots stay shaded. The week has its rhythm: regular mowing, mechanical edging along driveways and walkways, debris blown off every hard surface, with spring and fall cleanups bracketing the season from late March to the last wet leaves of November. Then the planted work — custom garden beds, shrub trimming, seasonal plantings, mulch laid where it will do the most good. And then the work that outlasts everybody: flagstone patios, retaining walls built with drainage tile behind them, interlocking block driveways, gazebos, stone outdoor kitchens set where a family will actually cook.
