Jara Management

About Jara Management

In Hartford's South End, where the brick storefronts along Franklin Avenue hold the light long after supper, Jara Management points its trucks at whatever the week asks for. Warm months mean mowing, hedge trimming and mulch laid dark around the beds; October means leaf removal and gutters emptied before the cold rains stack up. When a storm crosses the Connecticut River at two in the morning, the plows and blowers go out to commercial lots and home driveways alike, and ice treatment goes down so the first car of the day rolls out without a thought. There is brush to clear, stumps to grind, a crooked limb to prune off a maple, and a load of yard waste to haul off once the work is done. The pleasure is in the after: a clean grade, a swept walk, a property with nothing left in it that shouldn't be.
