About Breezy Hill Lawn Service
There is a particular Hamden sound on a June morning: one mower two streets over in Spring Glen, working the front lawns while the shade is still lying across them. That is Breezy Hill Lawn Service, run out of Stanley Road by Dave, who answers to the Lawn Guy and wears the nickname on purpose. Mowing comes weekly, every other week, or simply whenever a yard has earned it; trimming and edging follow, because that is what turns a cut lawn into a finished one. Hedges keep their own rhythm — monthly for some neighbors, a couple of times a season for others — and the cleanups arrive in spring and fall and every ragged moment between. One yard, then the next, until the whole block looks like somebody is paying attention.
