Elite Landscapes & Concrete

About Elite Landscapes & Concrete

Haddam is a town built on ledge, and its hillsides have been giving up stone since long before the roads were paved. Elite Landscapes & Concrete works in that same material vocabulary — pavers in brick, bluestone, flagstone and concrete, natural stone, cobblestone — setting patios, pool decks, walkways, front stoops and steps, and retaining walls that sit into a grade as though they had grown there. Driveways and aprons get the same care, edged in steel or cobblestone so the entrance reads clean from the road. Poured work is laser-measured for elevation and reinforced where the site calls for it: slabs, garage floors, concrete floors, sidewalks, curbs and gutters. Because this valley sheds so much water, they also run French drains, curtain drains, catch basins, downspout tie-ins and foundation waterproofing to send it somewhere harmless. In October, with the light low and the maples turning, a new bluestone terrace picks up the color of the whole hillside.
