About Woods Lawn Care

October in Guilford turns the maples along the back roads a color no camera quite catches, and then it turns them into work. Woods Lawn Care runs the fall and spring cleanups that bracket the year, mows steadily through the green months, and prunes hedges and shrubs back into something with a line to it. Mulch, stone and topsoil go in wherever a bed needs body, and garden maintenance and plant installation take care of what actually blooms. It is a Guilford outfit that travels — Madison and North Madison, Branford and North Branford, out as far as Durham — and the standard does not change with the address. A crisp edge cut on a cold afternoon is its own small reward.
