About R.C. Property Services LLC

Guilford runs from salt marsh up to traprock ridge, and the big timber on that high ground takes the brunt when a storm comes through hard at two in the morning. R.C. Property Services LLC answers those nights with emergency tree work around the clock, then spends the calmer days on removals, tree planting, and stump grinding so nothing is left to trip over or mow around. Brush clearing pulls out the vines, poison ivy and invasive tangle that swallow a back fence; land and lot clearing opens ground for whatever is meant to come next. Lawn care and snow removal keep the same properties in order the rest of the year. What comes down is not wasted either — seasoned split firewood, delivered, for the pizza oven or the fire pit or the hearth in February. New Haven and Middlesex county work, mostly between the ridge and the marsh.
