About Peak Landscaping & Snow Removal

On Groton Heights, the granite obelisk at Fort Griswold catches the first pink light over a snowbound town, while below it the Thames runs dark and smoking with sea vapor toward the Sound. Snow on this stretch of coast is a fickle thing — it can fall as rain on the shore and pile up heavy a mile inland, then glaze into ice the moment the wind swings north. Peak Landscaping & Snow Removal takes it as it comes, plowing driveways and opening walkways in the salt-edged cold. There is a particular satisfaction in a cleared Groton drive on a morning like this: gulls wheeling over the river, the harbor gone silver, and a clean dark lane running from the garage door to the road.
