About Outdoor Property Services LLC

Winter comes into Ashford as a long grey afternoon that turns serious after dark, and by four in the morning the hill roads are one set of tire tracks and nothing else. Outdoor Property Services LLC is out in that hour — plowing, ice removal, a driveway opened before anyone has had to think about it. The rest of the year the same trucks handle mowing, weed control, fertilization and aeration, tree and bush pruning, leaf removal and spring cleanups on properties that run straight up to the state forest line. They set the hard bones too: patios, walkways and retaining walls built to hold a Connecticut slope, with fence installation and repair to close the line. When a lot has to start over there is site preparation, grading and land clearing, then year-round property maintenance to keep it that way.
