Bark Yard

About Bark Yard

Down in Noank the lanes narrow as they drop toward the water, and every dooryard lawn is a small green room fitted between fences, fishing gear and hydrangea. Bark Yard works at that scale — the tight turns, the strip along a seawall, the patch behind the shed that a wide deck would never reach. Mowing, trimming, edging and seasonal cleanups, sized to yards where an inch on either side matters. Late-August light comes in sideways off the Sound and shows every line you cut, which is a good reason to cut them straight. The reward is a village yard that looks tended without ever looking fussed over.
