About NRV Services

Out toward Pachaug the white pine closes over the road and the laurel keeps its green all winter, which makes the first real snowfall look staged. NRV Services covers Griswold through all of it — mowing, trimming and seasonal cleanups while the ground is working, plowing and ice management when it is not. Forest-edge properties collect a remarkable quantity of leaves in October and an equally remarkable quantity of drifted snow in January, and both have to be moved. The crew's idea of a finished job is a clean edge in September and a bare driveway at daybreak: the same care, a different tool. Straightforward work, in a place that repays the effort.
