About KM Hill's Landscaping LLC

October turns the back roads of Griswold copper, and the mowing season winds down the way it began — one pass at a time, out where the fields run up against the woods. KM Hill's Landscaping LLC keeps lawns through that stretch of the year and then keeps driveways through the other one. It is the ordinary arithmetic of an eastern Connecticut yard: grass cut to a clean line, edges held, leaves moved along, and then, come January, pavement found again under six inches. Small-town work has a nice honesty to it — the same properties, the same corners, week after week, looking looked-after. When the wind comes up over the uplands and the storm sets in, the plow is already pointed the right way.
