About American Yard Service & Irrigation

By July the river flats below New London Turnpike hold their heat from one morning to the next, and a Glastonbury lawn can go pale between Tuesday and Friday. American Yard Service & Irrigation puts the answer underground: systems installed with the heads set flush and the zones balanced, so the spray arcs over the grass at first light and is gone before anyone steps outside. The service side is the unglamorous half and the important one — a nicked line traced, a rotor squared back to the bed edge instead of the sidewalk, pressure evened out across a long run. When the weather turns the same attention goes to commercial snow removal, cleared to whatever pattern a property asks for, so the early shift finds pavement waiting instead of drifts. It amounts to one long conversation with water and weather, held in a single town.
